Appointments not cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour time frame are subject to being charged 50% of full service cost.

No-Shows are subject to being charged 100% of service cost or loss of membership benefit for that month

We kindly request that our skincare studio remains an adult-only environment. Children are not permitted for the comfort and relaxation of all our guests. Thank you for your understanding.
